Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. Orders placed after 12pm PT may begin processing the following business day.

Fulfillment
We ship from two warehouses (Utah and Massachusetts). Your order ships from the location that gets it to you fastest, so items in a single order may occasionally arrive in separate packages at no extra cost to you.

A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Delays
